RGB Network was established in 1999 by a group of industry professionals with a vision to offer a bespoke recruitment service to clients within the natural and built environment sector. Since then, we have achieved numerous milestones, including achieving our first Investors in People award in 2002 and becoming part of the Pertemps Network Group in 2006. In 2012, Chris Blunden took over as managing director, supported by the current senior management team. Since then, we have continued to grow and expand our services, celebrating our 20th anniversary in 2019.
