After a successful career in HR Management, Nicki founded Calibre Candidates in 2000. With more than two decades in the recruitment industry, Nicki has a knack for matching candidates with the perfect role. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her friends and family, and fulfilling her duties as an Assistant Goatkeeper.

Cate Kearsey - Recruitment Consultant

Cate joined Calibre Candidates after gaining valuable experience in customer service within the hospitality industry. With a background in Psychology and a bubbly, warm personality, Cate's exceptional approach to customer service has earned her rave reviews from clients and candidates alike.
