Our Team

Our team of recruitment consultants have a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. Our directors, Lynn Battram and Neil Battram, have been involved in the industry since 1983 and 1994 respectively. They are responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. Our associate director, Laura Nicholson, has been with us since 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in administration and recruitment. Our recruitment managers, Helen Pucill and Victoria Barnard, are responsible for a small team of recruitment consultants and have a wealth of experience in recruitment and human resources.
