We are Carr Lyons Search & Selection, an owner-managed specialist recruitment firm established in 1994, giving us more than 30 years of operational experience in the financial recruitment sector. We identified a gap in the market for a firm providing both search and selection services exclusively to financial institutions operating in the City of London, which formed the core of our business at launch. Our initial specialism was expert recruitment for credit and risk markets, and we have since expanded our coverage to include leveraged and structured finance, trade finance, project finance, and corporate banking. As part of our sustained growth strategy, we further extended our service offering to the compliance recruitment market, a natural and successful complement to our existing portfolio of specialisms. We have always maintained the same core founding values of specialist knowledge, professionalism, and integrity, even as our teams and coverage areas have grown significantly over time.
