Our History
Tech-people was founded in March 2011 by Tim Pilbeam, who brings a wealth of experience in recruiting and managing across various industries. Prior to starting Tech-people, Tim worked for a global leader, managing a successful division of a smaller boutique recruitment agency. With this expertise, Tim set up Tech-people (South) Limited to provide a specialist service across the UK, focusing on supporting manufacturers and contractors across various industries.
