Business Details
We established Selective Search Recruitment in 2005, building over nineteen years of specialised experience in senior technology sales placements. Our boutique executive search focuses exclusively on placing senior technology sales professionals across cloud, AI, cyber security, digital transformation and professional services disciplines. We pride ourselves on being a preferred supplier to leading global technology organisations such as BAE Systems, Anthropic, Nvidia, HubSpot, Palantir, Zendesk, Celonis and Wiz. To date we have completed more than five hundred placements, with over five hundred of those at senior level. Our operations span five major markets: the United Kingdom, the United States, EMEA, Dubai and APAC, giving us a truly international footprint. In the United Kingdom we serve clients nationwide from our London base, while in the United States we have grown significantly on both the East and West Coasts.
Our Dubai, EMEA and APAC networks continue to expand rapidly, allowing us to source talent wherever our clients require it. We employ a rigorous, researchdriven methodology to identify professionals who are not actively seeking new roles, ensuring access to hidden talent pools. Our team maintains the highest professional standards, adhering to confidentiality, transparency and ethical conduct throughout every search assignment. We measure success by client satisfaction and longterm placement success, striving to meet the precise strategic hiring goals of each organisation. Our commitment to delivering measurable results is reflected in our repeat business and the enduring partnerships we cultivate with technology leaders worldwide.
