Recruitment Services
We recruit roles at all levels throughout leasing and asset finance, credit, and motor finance: Operations, Collections, Credit/Risk, Sales, and Marketing. We are able to supply Senior Interim Managers within Asset or Motor Finance. Our services can be summarised as follows:
- Retained Search: We "surface" people who are settled in their current position, who are consistent high achievers and who are not currently looking for a job, and therefore would not normally come to the notice of a recruitment company.
- Register/Selection: We carry out an immediate search of the people registered with us and then carry out a detailed briefing on the position and submit suitably skilled candidates.
- Psychometric/Aptitude Testing: We are skilled in offering a wide range of testing to compliment our services.
